Finding Joy in Motherhood.
READY TO LET GO OF OVERWHELM, AND TO TRULY ENJOY THIS STAGE OF YOUR LIFE?
You're In The Right Place.
Finding Joy in Motherhood.
ready to let go of overwhelm, to truly enjoy this stage of life, and feel like your vibrant self again?
Here's How I help Moms + Moms-to-Be...
I’m a therapist, a writer, and mother dedicated to help YOU step into your role as “mom” without losing your vibrant self, or your sense of happiness.
But I know that being a mom can be sooooo hard. You’re overwhelmed, you feel like you’re doing it all wrong, and maybe being a mom isn’t even close to what you thought it would be.
I hear you, and I’ve been there too.
But what I’ve seen in myself and with the women I support is that even though this is an incredibly difficult time of life… you CAN find your joy, confidence, and ease. It’s totally possible for you… you might just need some support to get there.
If you’re ready to shift your mindset + learn effective skills to get back to YOU, then you’re in the right place.
Becoming a mom is hard... you're not alone.
At least 1 in 5 women experience postpartum anxiety or depression.
The rates are the exact same in pregnancy.
Plus, most mom’s don’t realize that these struggles can persist far beyond the “typical” postpartum period… you might still have a postpartum mood disorder long after those first 6 months.
And even if those categories don’t fit your experience, you still deserve support. Becoming a mom is the biggest transition a person could go through.
You don’t have to do it alone.
ONLINE GROUP SUPPORT DURING PREGNANCY
it's like your prenatal class... but for mental health
ADDRESSING MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH DURING PREGNANCY
Have you ever noticed how much time and energy is spent on prepping the nursery… washing baby clothes… planning the baby shower… creating your ideal birth plan…
Now I prepped and nested like the best of them… I get it!
But I really wish someone would have told me that I could actually prepare myself for the emotional and mental challenges that come with having a baby.
In this online group, I teach expectant mamas everything they need to know about creating overall balance, ease, joy, and mental wellness as they transition to motherhood.
There’s so much you can learn during pregnancy… why wait until life is so busy that you can’t seem to even drink your coffee hot?
