INDIVIDUAL VIDEO COUNSELLING

I’m determined to make it easier for moms to get counselling when they need it.  I work entirely using video sessions (which works great for busy moms!) and I’m completely focused on supporting mamas as they bring little people into the world. Come say hi and book a free consult!

I’m Kate

I’m a therapist, a writer, and mother dedicated to help YOU step into your role as “mom” without losing your vibrant self, or your sense of happiness.

But I know that being a mom can be so hard. You’re overwhelmed, you feel like you’re doing it all wrong, and maybe being a mom isn’t even close to what you thought it would be.

But what I’ve seen in myself and with the women I support is that even though this is an incredibly difficult time of life… you CAN find your joy, confidence, and ease. It’s totally possible for you… you might just need some support to get there.
