Because moms do not need one more thing to sit down and read or watch. The Anxiety Playlists is designed to fit into real life, so you can listen in the car, on a walk, while cleaning up the kitchen, or in those moments when your brain is doing too much.
This is where I’m putting most of my energy when it comes to supporting moms with anxiety. Instead of spreading myself across a bunch of courses and resources, I wanted to create one place for ongoing, high-value support for the moms who truly want it and are ready to invest in it.
To be completely honest, this happened to me too in the early days of being a mom. I remember dreading nights but not fully understanding why. I had disturbing intrusive thoughts about terrible things happening to me and my babies, and I could barely imagine saying them out loud. My anxiety also showed up physically. I struggled to get a full breath of air, and instead of understanding what was happening, I convinced myself something was seriously wrong.
Even with two degrees in psychology, I did not immediately recognize that anxiety was such a major driver of what I was experiencing. And I was definitely not the only one. So many moms go through this and feel confused, ashamed, or alone in it.
Over time, I learned what was actually happening, found tools that made a massive difference, and built so much of my work around supporting moms through these same struggles. The Anxiety Playlists are one of the ways I now pass that support on — with grounded, therapist-created episodes for the intrusive thoughts, spirals, physical anxiety, overthinking, and hard moments that can take over motherhood.
I wanted this to feel supportive, practical, and easy to actually use in real life. Something you can turn to when your brain is doing too much and you need a voice that helps you feel less alone, more clear, and more grounded in what to do next.

There's a lot of self-help resources on the internet, so it's crucial that you find support from trusted sources. I work as a mental health therapist for moms, I own a Canada-wide private practice with multiple therapists working on my team to support moms, and I offer education (like this course) online.
