How I Can Help
There’s difference challenges that come up as you transition to M-O-M… and I’m here to support you through it all.
I support moms in a few different ways:
1. Online Support Groups
I offer 2 types of support groups for women: one for pregnancy and one for postpartum period.
These groups are an excellent way to learn exactly how you can transition to motherhood in a healthy, balanced, and prepared way. I teach evidence-based strategies so that you are prepared to manage your mood, stressors, and to find joy and balance in motherhood.
Be sure to check with you extended benefit plans – these programs are often covered!
2. courses + self-paced resources
Sometimes you might be looking for some tools and strategies that you can learn about on your own… and in your own time.
So, I’ve created some online resources that I know will help you during this time, like free workbooks, printable affirmations, free video tutorials, challenges, and online courses.
Take look at what’s available!
3. individual counselling
I also support moms through individual counselling. Because I am registered as a Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia, I only offer counselling services to moms and pregnant women within BC. All sessions are online using video chat (which works so well for busy mamas!)
If you’re looking for more individualized and personal support, 1:1 counselling might be a perfect fit for you.
