How does payment work?

Is this the same as online counselling?

No, this is not counselling or therapy. This is a self-directed space for you to take the lead with your personal goals.

How long does each module take to complete?

I've designed the modules so you can reasonably work through one a month without being overwhelmed. There are several different types of resources each month, including at least 3 video tutorials, ranging from 15-30 minutes each. The workbooks are about 10 pages. 

Are there live components?

You'll receive a newly recorded module each month. I also chat with you live through Instagram "Close Friends" stories... I'll add you when you register!

Can I choose where to start?

Absolutely! The monthly content and tools are added to the membership library. You decide which area you want to work on, and can always revisit older topics. 

How can I access the membership space?
